How it works:
- Order Entry: Staff inputs guest order into the POS system
- Order Transmission to Kitchen: The POS system sends the order to kitchen display systems located in the designated preparation area
- Payment Processing: The POS system accepts payment via cash, card, etc. The system records the transaction and updates the order status as “paid”
- Receipt Generation: The POS system generates a printed or electronic receipt for guests
